Homemade Pizza!

I just discovered the whole wheat pizza dough at Trader Joe’s. Huzzah!

Pizza is so fun to make. Just look how fun this is!

I don’t know how to make pizza dough from scratch, but I know with this fresh stuff, you have to let it sit for twenty minutes once you take it out of the package.

After that, have fun stretching it out and throwing it in the air! And be sure to use lots of extra flour while you do it.

This pizza pictured features tomato sauce from a jar, canned green olives sliced, red onions, mushrooms, pepperoni (on Richard’s side) and anchovies.

The cheese is Monterey Jack, which seems to be Californian for mozzarella. And it’s topped with sprinkled Romano cheese.

Bake at 425 degrees for twelve minutes. Yum!
