This salad is so simple that’s it’s really just of an excuse for me to take more pretty pictures of our garden tomatoes! We grew the basil too, although it’s going a bit yellow lately. Does anyone have tips for that? Maybe it’s the wrong kind of soil?
Tomato Basil Goat Cheese Salad
In any quantity you wish, mix together:
Cherry tomatoes
Basil – ripped into pieces
goat cheese
Olive Oil
Balsamic Vinegar
